We're glad you're keen to do the self-assessments, however, as it is a workforce development tool you'll need to ask your organisation's management team to jump on board and roll out Real Skills Online to workers.
Individualised Funding - Team assessment
If you are on Individualised Funding
and would like your staff to complete a Real Skills Online assessment, send a request to realskills@tepou.co.nz. As staff numbers are likely to be small, the system won't be able to aggregate the results for anonymity purposes. It is important that workers are made aware of this.
